Concept
Oinoxeneia: Constellation Aigialeia, the first official documentary for the annual wine and culture festival of Aigialeia region (Peloponnese) was conceived and directed by Bill Psarras; produced also by the Municipality of Aigialeia. The documentary (58’, 2017) follows an elegant, atmospheric method of approaching territories and places of Aigialeia’s slopes, various wineries, local gastronomy and cultural events spread along the topographic variations of the area. The documentary highlights the different conceptual, historical and cultural threads of the annual celebrations of local wine called “Oinoxeneia” by presenting foundational elements and qualities (land, history, wine, taste and culture)
